Below is the online nomination form for the William R. Simms Awards for Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy, sponsored by CARTER.
This award recognizes service by an individual ages 10–18 who demonstrate outstanding commitment to the community through direct financial support, development of charitable programs, volunteering and leadership in philanthropy.
The deadline to submit nominations is December 18, 2024.
Eligibility & Judging Factors
The nominee must be 18 or younger on the date nominations are due: December 18, 2024.
Nominees will be considered for the award based on the responses to the criteria in the nomination form (below).

Note: The maximum number of words for the entire nomination is 2,000. This includes text for ALL of the criteria. Nominators are free to divide the words for each criterion however they like, but the total word count should not exceed 2,000. You will be notified if you exceed 2,000 words and asked to modify your submission.
